Caroline Sapriel is the founder and Managing Director of CS&A, a specialist risk and crisis management consulting firm with offices in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Belgium, The Netherlands, the United States and Singapore. With particular experience in high risk and controversial industries, CS&A works with the senior management of multi-national corporations in the oil & gas, chemical, nuclear, shipping, airline, tobacco, food, construction and property sectors to assess risk, develop response structures and systems, plan scenarios, train executives and staff and stage multi-location simulation exercises. With over 15 years experience in risk and crisis management, corporate communications and public affairs Caroline Sapriel is recognized as a leader in her profession and acknowledged for her ability to provide customized, results-driven counsel and training at the highest level. Caroline is regularly invited to speak at international conferences and seminars on risk and crisis management. As part of CS&A's affiliation with the European Academy of Crisis Management and the Crisis Research Center of Leiden University in the Netherlands, she is a guest lecturer at a course on institutional crises at the graduate school of public administration of Leiden University. She has been a member of The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) since 1987, and is a faculty member of the Management Center Europe in Brussels. Caroline is fluent in French, English, Spanish, Hebrew and Mandarin, and holds a BA degree in Chinese Studies and a BSc degree in International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. |
