Thinking about building a social media strategy for your organisation?
Worried that an agency will sell you a one-size-fits-all approach? Eager to tap into Jo Caudron's mind after the January session "Successful social media moves to copy"?

Jo Caudron, one of Belgium's key experts in the new media revolution, is offering a one-day, intensive strategy workshop to a limited group of attendees.

Workshop description

The first half of the day consists of a "destructuring" phase in which key paradigm shifts are explored. The different steps in the evolution of media channels will be examined, covering not just social media, but also the implications for mobile, publishing, advertising, CRM, and more. In the second half (the "application" phase), guided group brainstorming exercises place the emphasis on strategy.

Attendees are expected to come away with clear feedback on initial ideas or plans, a critical view about how to proceed (or not) with their social media outreach, and new ideas about approaches and tactics to implement.

Who should attend?

Aimed at Communications and Marketing Managers with the responsibility of adapting their companies and their thinking to a changing world, the workshop will also benefit Social Media evangelists within organisations.

About the trainer

Jo Caudron held (along with Bert Van Wassenhoven) the successful trend-watching Social Media Sessions in 2009 (Facebook fan page "Social Media Sessions").
