Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive and effective internal communications campaigns to advance strategic business objectives and key initiatives
- Plan and manage key communication events including all-employee meetings, audiocasts, and other communications vehicles such as webchats/webcasts/news updates
- Support PR and Marketing leaders in the implementation of external PR/marketing plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to raise GE Security's profile in trade and business media
- Drive and maintain content for intranet including success stories, business collateral, and announcements
- Provide GE Security employees with relevant information to continuously improve performance and position the organization as an "employer of choice."
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years communications experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong execution skills consistently meeting deadlines
- High creativity and problem-solving ability
- Strong command of the English language
